We have launched the registration (accreditation) process for the conference "EUIndTech2025 - Industrial Technologies and Materials for a Sustainable Europe". Please be patient, because for security reasons the accreditation process may take up to 2 weeks (receiving confirmation of registration).

INSTRUCTIONS

  • to register, first go to the registration page
  • then create your user account, enter the required personal data and confirm the account
  • in the newly opened tab, select the event "EUIndTech2025"

After successful completion of the accreditation process, you will receive an e-mail confirmation including the electronic ID (attached pdf file containing a QR code). Please save the file on your mobile phone or tablet.

Upon entering the meeting venue, you will need to present an electronic badge along with a photo ID. You will then receive a printed badge which, for security reasons, which should be worn visibly throughout the meeting.

The Conference idea

EUIndTech2025 is the EU flagship event, as part of the Polish presidency of the EU Council. It gathers cyclical events, Conference on Industrial Technologies and Euro Nano Forum. The event brings together stakeholders from research organizations, industry, NGOs and policymakers to discuss the state-of-the-art technologies, challenges and trends.

About EUIndTech

A discussion refers to the future trends and industry development in EU; exchange knowledge and experiences; conduction and finansing research and investments supporting the transformation towards sustainable development; present modern technological solutions e.g. green; promotion of stakeholders, i.e. SMEs, startups and spin-off.

Other events

Oral and poster presentations, panel discussions; B2B talks, individual sessions with experts; promotional speeches; booths for entities. Organizer also offers assistance in side events and plans study visits and technical tours to production plants and development centers in Małopolska, as well as cultural tours in Kraków.

We invite you to participate in the poster session, an excellent opportunity to showcase research results, ongoing projects, and the latest scientific developments. We particularly welcome submissions related to new technologies, new materials, circular economy, recycling and secondary raw materials, and new management models.

A free event dedicated to fostering collaboration between science, industry, and startups, is taking place alongside EUIndTech2025 on June 2-3, 2025. We invite researchers, entrepreneurs, and business representatives to present and promote: implemented projects, innovative product solutions, and business process innovations.

NCP4Industry Network as a partner of EUIndTech2025 invites you to participate in matchmaking and pitching sessions, which will enable you to:

• find project partners,

• showcase your expertise,

• establish valuable business connections.

Matchmaking – a fast and efficient way to hold discussions with potential partners. Meetings last 15-20 minutes, and a dedicated conference space will ensure comfort and privacy for the conversations.

Pitching session – an excellent opportunity to present project ideas and invite partners to collaborate. Each presentation lasts a maximum of 5 minutes.
